We do have a program for a data feed account. To be eligible for this service you must meet the following requirements:

1.) Must have over 20 active listings advertised on LOA
2.) Be willing to purchase a $99 a month corporate account with LOA
3.) Client has the ability to provide their listings in either a CSV file or Excel spreadsheet or provide properties in a database and can provide our team with the information.

How to Sign Up for Daily Market Report

To change your monthly market report to a weekly market report, login to your LandsofAmerica.com. After you have logged in, go to the Account tab and select Account Information.

On the Account Information page, scroll down to a box labeled Email Preferences. Select "Send this Weekly" to enable weekly market reports to your supplied email address. If you prefer not to receive monthly reports in addition to the weekly reports, uncheck "Send this Monthly."

After making your changes to the Email Preferences area, be sure to scroll down and click Save Account Information.

Rearranging Photos

To rearrange your photos, click on Listings, My Listings, and then choose the property that you would like to edit. Click on Edit and then click on Photo Tour. Place your cursor over the image that you would like to move, and then drag it into the position you would like it to be placed in. Continue doing this action until you have your images in the order that you desire, and then click on Save Changes when you are done.

How to edit your listing information

In order to make changes to an active listing, you can login to your account and edit the information at any time. After logging into your account, put your mouse cursor over Listings and select My Listings.

This page will show you all of the properties that are currently live on the site. Next to each property will be an Edit button in blue. Click on that, and then you can choose any of the options in the drop down menu. You can click on Listing Details, to change any of the text information, or proceed to Main Photo, Photo Tour, etc. After you have made all of your necessary changes, click on Save Changes, in order to publish your new information. From here, you can navigate to any of the other tabs on the left, or click on My Listings to go back and view.

How to Link Your Personal Website to LandsofAmerica.com

LandsofAmerica.com allows you to link to us on your own personal website. It is a tool that allows buyers and sellers to connect with rural real estate. We offer several different options on this page. Once you login to your account, put your mouse cursor over Property Tools, and then select PropertyLink. Enter your website address, click the Enabled box, and then click the Save Configuration button. You will then need to copy the code onto a page in your website, which may require the assistance of your webmaster.

If you have a Premium Membership, you will have access to additional features such as a Highlighted Properties, Search, Sold Properties, and About Us that can be added to your Propertylink.
